Key Features
The shear wall is arranged at the peripheral position of the building plane, and the shear wall components are connected through a new of close-fitting joints, achieving a new type of beamless structure system with external frame shear wall large-span composite floor.
The main structure is made of hot-rolled section steel frames with full-bolted connections, combined with prefabricated composite slabs and detachable steeluss slab bearing plates; both internal and external walls are made of new lightweight wall panels; the prefabricated roof is composed of light steel trusses OSB substrate waterproof and insulation materials synthetic resin tiles; the water, electricity, heating, ventilation, sanitation, and decoration works are integrated.
Post-tensioned system is adopted, which is composed of prefabricated column, composite beams with holes and prestressed hollow slab. The system achieves dry construction of beam-column joints through prestress, breaks through the limitations of traditional cast-in-place joints, and significantly improves the construction efficiency.
