China Resources Intelligent Building Technology (Jiangmen) Limited, established in 2020, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Resources Cement Holding Limited (1313. HK), with the core business of designing and fabricating precast concrete elements and MiC modules covering markets in Greater Bay Areas. 

The precast factory is located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, which is only 150km away from Hong Kong. The factory has facilitated a concrete plant with QSPSC certification, an automatic precast slab production line, a BS standard laboratory and a universal dock. The factory can also provide an extra high 20m headroom stackyard for MiC assembling. With state-of-art facilities and experienced project team, the company is committed to supplying quality precast elements & MiC module products for private & public projects in Hong Kong.
