The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon (Lok Sin Tong) has launched the second transitional housing project built with MiC - Transitional Housing Project at Wong Yue Tan, Plover Cove, Tai Po, providing about 1,236 units and benefited nearly 2,000 people. Each unit of this 4-storey project is equipped with an independent toilet and bathroom, as well as a cooking space using electric stove. Lok Sin Tong aims to provide community support for grassroots citizens, improve their living skills, and encourage them to contribute to the community in order to improve their quality of life.
