The Transitional Housing Development is to support the Government policy in providing urgent temporary accommodation, meeting immediate housing demand for the general public. The site is located in Kam Tin, aiming to provide 1,998 nos. of flats in 8 nos. of 4 storey residential blocks constructed with MiC units, with a total GFA of 57,973 m². The development also contains 2 nos. Amenity Blocks providing various ancillary facilities for the residents. The expected completion date will be the end of 2022.
