The composite development at Ash Street, Tai Kok Tsui is Urban Renewal Authority’s pilot project of using concrete MiC method, which is expected to be the first private residential development of using MiC in Hong Kong upon its completion in 2023.
The project comprises 69 nos. of residential units in a 23-storey residential tower and 3-storey podium.
