As the first EMSD pilot project completed using the MiMEP method, the two-phase rooftop project involved replacing three chillers and an independent chilled water pump module while ensuring uninterrupted air conditioning.
With over 80% modularization, construction time was reduced from 90 to 38 days, greatly minimizing client impact. Post-completion, BIM linked with BIM-AM system and RFID technology enables smart maintenance management.
