This experience allows the team to efficiently produce and convey design package at different stages and intact work with clients from design to tender stage not limited to the architecture but also interior and associated building features. Their experience to handle large sets of building information model produces presentations and drawings via renderings, walk-through, visualisations, schedules, quantity of materials and clash analysis, etc. enable the stakeholders to fully understand the workability of design.
Advance Technology
Their strong professional building surveying teams are well experienced and capable to handle delicate matters with innovative technology to help on site inspection for identify the conditions of existing building. The use of Drone Aerial Photography and 3D imaging Laser Scanning has helped to carry out digital photography and measurements with 3D information to verify record plans and extent of renovation works to facilitate the professional and design. For complicated drainage system, 3D Leica camera is used to carry out digital photography and measurements and to verify the extent of repair works. For the situation where it is difficult for Drone survey, a 27 foot tall Carbon Fibre Camera Stand can be used to reach at high level for photo taking using the mobile phone to control the camera. Also, they use 3-D laser Scanning Camera. This camera was used to carry out the site measurement of existing building or verify the dimension of new building and can be used to record the position of the drainage system.
