Ho Yuet Home is a Transitional Housing project designed by C Arch Design Consultant Limited. The building provides 227 housing units for over 610 residents. Each unit is self-contained and has a cooking area and a bathroom. The colour scheme of the building façade was inspired by the neighbouring Wong Tai Sin Temple, paying homage to Sik Sik Yuen, the operator of the Temple and this Project, and the local context. The building service installations are segregated based on the "wet-outdoor; dry-indoor" principle, enhancing the Project's buildability and maintainability. The Project was issued the Occupation Permit on 30 Nov 2023 and is now in operation. |
