In 2017, providing the Pop Up Store to HKTB in Hong Kong Dragon Boat Carnival
In 2018, assisting Hanergy Solar Group Limited to implement and promote the development of green energy of Hong Kong solar energy project
In 2019, became a supplier of Pre-accepted MiC system in Buildings Department
In 2020, cooperating with the local research institute “NAMI” to develop new building materials, including assembly and synthesis of frequently used fireproof materials; green energy equipment (Lithium iron phosphate battery) in cooperation with Shenzhen Polytechnic; and container aquaculture circulation system in cooperation with Guangdong Ocean University 
Starting from 2021, also provide consulting service of Pre-accepted MiC Systems to assist subcontractors to obtain accreditation by Buildings Department

Production of Modules


Mock-ups and prototypes of each type of module are fabricated, checked and tested before mass production, Trial assembly/stacking of modules in the factory should be carried out, On-site construction activities, such as piling/foundation works, external underground utility works, etc., can be carried out concurrently

Transportation of Modules


Special traffic arrangement needs to be made for transportation of modular units with width larger than 2.5 meters, Temporary storage location may need to be arranged, subject to the delivery and construction programme.

On-site Installation


Upon stacking of modules, temporary waterproofing is required to be carried out before completion of permanent waterproofing, Connection of module to module/module to core parts (Structural and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumping Systems) needs to be made.

Adopting MiC to Build Light Public Housing (LPH) to Expedite Housing Supply

The Policy Address 2022 announced the construction of LPH. The LPH Scheme is led by the Architectural Services Department with the adoption of MiC. The Housing Bureau has selected eight sites in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Ma On Shan, Kai Tak, Ngau Tau Kok and Chai Wai, providing around 30,000 LPH units. The construction period takes only one to two years. Each units equipped with self-contained toilet and basic facilities such as water heater and air-con. The first batch of around 2,100 units will be completed in 2024-25 and the remaining units will be completed by phases in 2025-26 and 2026-27, so as to shorten the waiting time of public housing.
