With technical support by The Urban Renewal Authority, Yan Oi Tong has established its first transitional housing project – Yan Oi House. It aims to provide a better living environment for the grassroots families. Yan Oi House comprises 2 nos. domestic blocks with four storey buildings, providing 410 units. Each unit is equipped with a bathroom and a cooking area. It takes only a 2-minutes walk to Hung Shui Kiu Light Rail Station. Together with the convenient traffic, It is hoped that Yan Oi House not only provide residents a better living environment but also a better quality of life.
